Chronus Corporation is looking for someone with demonstrable skills and experience working with the back-end/performance aspects of a large-scale, database-intensive Ruby on Rails application. The person should have outstanding technical qualifications, pride in ownership, flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for high-quality code.
Candidates with 4-6 years of experience in building distributed systems and internet based software at least 1 year of Ruby on Rails experience is preferred.
Requirements
Extensive experience with developing applications using Ruby on Rails or an equivalent platform with deep MySQL Experience
Experience designing for dynamic, database-driven web applications
Must have a successful track record in the implementation of a scalable web application using Ruby on Rails.
Understand the application hosting environment including ability to optimize application for performance/scalability
Successful experience in a fast-paced environment like startups
Team player, sociable, with good communication skills.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle combined with experience in executing offshore projects involving lot of interactions with customers located outside India.
Requirements
Expertise in .NET 3.0+, Foundation libraries, WPF, WCF, XAML
Solid knowledge of Windows Vista
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office and Microsoft SQL server is a plus
